Returns & Refund Policy

At Erisca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. You may return an item if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is not a non-returnable product (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Panties, bodysuits, and similar intimate apparel that have been tried on or worn.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return

3.1. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@erisca.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.2. Original shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

5.1. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item following the return process outlined in Section 3 and then place a new order.
5.2. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order.
6.2. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us.
6.3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

7.1. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we have confirmed processing, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank statement to verify the refund transaction.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@erisca.com for further assistance.
